Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Herbs de Provence olive oil
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Fusitni's Tuscan blend
- 2 eggs, room temperature
- 1 cup whole milk, room temperature
- 1/2 cup Gruyere or Emmentaler, grated

- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Grease a muffin tin. Place all the ingredients, but the cheese, in a blender and process until smooth. Ladle even amounts of batter into each of the muffin cups and top with grated cheese. Bake until popped, 35-40 minutes. Pierce them to let the steam out and serve warm.
