Herbed Pork Chops
Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops
- Kosher salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil, divided
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
- 2 garlic cloves, minced

- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Season both sides of pork chops with salt and pepper. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in an oven-proof skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork chops and cook until seared on both sides.
- In a small bowl, combine the remaining olive oil with fresh rosemary, spices and garlic. Brush pork chops with mixture. Place skillet in the oven and cook until pork is done (internal temperature 145 degrees). Baste with more oil/herb mixture.
