Honey Spiced Couscous

Ingredients
- 2 cups couscous
- 2 1/2 cups of water
- ½ cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons Moroccan Spice Mixture (below)
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 1/4 cup red onion, small dice
- 1/4 cup red pepper
- 1/4 cup green pepper
- 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, quartered
- 1 tablespoon chives, minced
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- ½ teaspoon Kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Smoked salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin, ground
- ½ teaspoon coriander, ground
- ½ teaspoon cinnamon, ground
- ½ teaspoon ginger, ground
- ½ teaspoon allspice, ground

Directions
- In a large saucepan combine water, balsamic, honey, and spice mixture. Mix well and bring to a boil. Once the mixture is boiling, add couscous and mix with a spoon. Cover and remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes (do not remove the lid and stir during the steaming process). After five minutes, remove the lid and fluff with a fork.
- In a medium sauté, pan add the olive oil and heat it under medium heat. Add onions and peppers and begin to sweat. Once onions begin soft and translucent, add tomatoes. Remove from heat and season with a pinch of salt. Add chives and mix until well incorporated. Combine sauté,ed vegetables and couscous and enjoy.
- Mix all ingredients until well combined.
