Italian Green Beans with Garlic

Ingredients
- 1 pound green beans, stems ends trimmed
- 3 garlic cloves, sliced thin

2 tablespoons Fustini's Garlic olive oil

1 teaspoon Fustini's 12 Year White balsamic
- salt and pepper to taste
- fresh Italian parsley, finely chopped
Directions
Cook green beans in boiling, salted water for about 5 minutes. Drain well.
In a skillet over medium-low heat, sauté garlic in Fustini's Garlic olive oil 4-5 minutes, being careful not to burn. Remove garlic and reserve.
Add green beans to the pan and increase heat to medium-high. Sauté until they begin to take on a little color.
Return garlic to the pan and add 12 Year white balsamic. Cook on medium-high for 1 minute then remove from heat.
Pour beans, garlic and pan sauce into a warmed plate and season to taste with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Recipe Note
This recipe is made even more lovely by multi-color garden fresh beans, such as yellow wax beans and purple dragon's breath beans. Look for them at a local farmer's market!
