Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bring 2 quarts water to boil. Boil lobster tails until fully cooked, 8 to 10 minutes. Remove from water and let cool.
Cut in half, brush with Fustini&rsquo,s Butter olive oil and bake halves until golden brown. Combine mayo, zest and juice, wasabi, both vinegars, garlic and salt. Spoon the Aioli over the top and serve. (Pictured with a side of beef tenderloin).
