Ingredients
- 1 can jellied cranberry sauce
- 1 cup spicy BBQ sauce
- 2 cups homemade cranberry sauce (recipe follows)
- 3 – 4 pounds of cooked meatballs (store-bought or Fustini’s Recipe)
- 12 oz bag of cranberries
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoon orange juice
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Blood Orange olive oil
Ingredients
Cranberry Orange Sauce
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt cranberry sauce, BBQ sauce and Cranberry Orange Sauce together into a saucepan. Place meatballs in a large baking dish or Dutch oven and pour over meatballs and place in a 350-degree oven until heated through and bubbly, about 20-25 minutes, stirring once or twice during that time, then serve. Can also be put in a crockpot on low for several hours until heated through and then kept warm. Great as a holiday appetizer.
- Make the cranberry sauce by putting all these ingredients in a saucepan and cook over medium-high heat for about 5-10 minutes, until cranberries have burst. Let cool then enjoy. An awesome holiday dish to serve.
