Sweet and Savory Bruschetta

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice bread into thick slices and place on a sheet tray. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toast in the oven for 5-7 minutes until lightly browned. Remove from oven and place on a platter. Spread goat cheese over each slice. Top with a drizzle of Black Truffle Balsamic.
