Zesty Lime Cole Slaw

Ingredients
- 1/2 head Nappa cabbage, shredded
- 1/2 head Radicchio cabbage, shredded
- 2-3 carrots, grated
- 1 red pepper, fine julienne
- 1 green onion, sliced thinly
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons Fustini's Persian Lime olive oil
- 1/4 cup Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 3 tablespoons Fustini's Jalapeno Lime balsamic
- lime juice
Directions
- In a large bowl, combine Nappa, Radicchio, carrot, red pepper and green onion. In a small bowl, whisk mayonnaise, olive oil, and balsamics. Pour over cabbage. Garnish with lime juice before serving.
