Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Place fillets in pan and coat with Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic, season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard.
In a small bowl, combine panko, fried onion, cheese, olive oil and spices. Sprinkle mixture over salmon filets, lightly tapping down.
Bake in the hot oven until topping is lightly browned 15-20 minutes.
