Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 4-6 ounce salmon fillets

1 1/2 tablespoons Fusitni's Sicilian Lemon balsamic
-
1 teaspoon Horseradish Mustard
- salt to taste
- 1/2 cup panko crumbs
- 2 tablespoons fried onions, crushed
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1 tablespoon Fustini's Tuscan Herb olive oil + more for greasing pan

1-2 teaspoons Fustini's Tuscan Spice blend
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.
Place fillets in pan and coat with Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic, season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard.
In a small bowl, combine panko, fried onion, cheese, olive oil and spices. Sprinkle mixture over salmon filets, lightly tapping down.
Bake in the hot oven until topping is lightly browned 15-20 minutes.
