Parmesan Crusted Salmon

Directions

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

2. Lightly grease a 9x13 baking dish.

3. Place fillets in pan and coat with Fustini's Sicilian Lemon balsamic, season with salt and pepper and brush with mustard.

4. In a small bowl, combine panko, fried onion, cheese, olive oil and spices. Sprinkle mixture over salmon filets, lightly tapping down.

5. Bake in the hot oven until topping is lightly browned 15-20 minutes.
