Pork Chow Mein with Zoodles

Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Fustini's Garlic olive oil
- 2 cups lean ground pork (ground beef, chicken & turkey also work!)
- 1 celery stick, thinly sliced
- 2-4 teaspoons curry paste, to taste
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/2 cup shredded cabbage
- 1/4 cup julienne carrots
- 1/4 cup sliced onion
- 1/4 cup pea pods
- 1 tablespoon Fustini's Ginger and Honey balsamic
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 cup spiraled zucchini (zoodles)
- sesame seeds for garnish
Directions
- Heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat and add the ground pork. Cook, stirring to break up any lumps, for 8 minutes or until browned. Add celery, and curry paste, sauté, for 1 minute and add the mushrooms and cook for 1-2 minutes more.
- Add the rest of the vegetables. Stir-fry for 2 minutes or until almost tender. Add balsamic and soy sauce Toss until well combined. Gently stir in spiraled zucchini and cook until heated through. Garnish with sesame seeds and serve.
Recipe Note
Use a splash of Fustini's Sesame oil at the end to garnish. This is a great recipe to use your favorite vegetables.
